Portsmouth versus Manchester United

I don’t think you can argue with the first penalty call, and well taken by Rooney.. but can someone help me why the second penalty was given? I saw a little shirt pulling but you see that time and time again in the premiership. Then 5 minutes later there is a definite handball in the box 2 feet from the ref and nothing is given. Second goal for united was simple but effective, and who was provider? Ryan Giggs… You know if that was Nani he would have tried to kick the skin off the ball and ballooned it over..Giggs is pure class…and the second penalty for united provided by the industry of Giggs and clinically dispatched by Rooney…  What a way to finish a game, Giggs gets his 100th league goal and in my opinion a man of the match performance….
